Disclaimer. Prices are shown in credits (a prepaid unit) and in approximate dollars; your actual dollar cost depends on how many credits you buy. Marketplace/routing fees and per-action credit costs are the platform defaults — per-account rates can be arranged, and prices may change. This page is informational and is not a quote or a contract; your binding terms are the Terms & Conditions. Some detail is repeated across tabs so each stands on its own.
LeadOpera is the full operating system — certify leads and agreements (LeadProof · TermsProof), then route and sell them through the marketplace. Two kinds of charge apply, and they are independent: a credit cost for each certification action, and a platform fee when a lead traverses the marketplace. See the LeadProof and TermsProof tabs for the per-action credit costs.
Everything on LeadOpera runs on credits — a prepaid unit you spend on each action. Pricing is volume-scaled, from $0.25 per credit down to $0.15 at the top of the range, interpolated smoothly (buy 7,500 and you pay between the 5,000 and 10,000 rate). No subscriptions, no fixed packages. Enterprise pricing is available — inquiry@leadopera.com.
| Credits purchased | Rate per credit |
|---|---|
| 100 | $0.25 |
| 5,000 | $0.22 |
| 10,000 | $0.20 |
| 15,000 | $0.18 |
| 20,000 | $0.16 |
| 25,000 | $0.15 |
When you route or sell leads through the marketplace, LeadOpera takes one platform cut per delivered lead, independent of the certificate. Creating a certificate is always free; cert actions (Check, Claim, evidence package) are billed only if and when you use them.
| Marketplace path | Platform fee |
|---|---|
| Direct marketplace — you sell your own leads | On the clearing price: 2% up to $150 · 1.5% $150–400 · 1% above $400 (min $0.50) for CPL/PPCall; CPA 5% up to $500 · 4% above $500 |
| Network operator — you run your own marketplace | Flat 0.5 credit per delivered lead, separate from your buy/sell margin |
Rates are the platform default and marginal (each band applies only to the portion of the price within it); a per-account rate can be arranged. Marketplace fees settle from your prepaid balance at delivery — the USD marketplace wallet for direct sales, credits for the network platform fee. Card processing is never added per lead: it applies only when you fund/top up, and irrevocable rails (wire · ACH credit) avoid it entirely. Fees are nonrefundable, including on a valid return.
Buyers fund a prepaid wallet before they buy; sellers earn on delivery and withdraw via payout. Funding by wire, RTP, FedNow, or ACH credit carries no card cost; card top-ups add a disclosed surcharge equal to the card-processing cost (≈2.9% + $0.30). A network operator must hold a minimum balance to keep routing active.
They are separate products. The marketplace fee is a toll for a lead traversing the system; the certificate is billed only for the actions a party chooses to run (Check, Claim, etc.). A lead can be routed without anyone ever certifying it, and a cert can be created without ever entering the marketplace.
A shared (non-exclusive) lead runs a fresh auction and settlement for each sale, so the platform fee applies once per delivery.
On a direct sale the fee comes off the marketplace settlement; for a network operator the flat per-lead fee is charged to the operator, separate from the margin they keep between their buy and sell prices.
Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Marketplace fees and credits are nonrefundable, including on a valid return (a valid return credits the buyer the lead price back, but the platform keeps its fee).
The Credits & billing page shows your live balance and a full transaction journal (downloadable as CSV); Maestro shows your marketplace ledger and, for a network operator, a marketplace P&L.
Buying credits is available once you sign in or create an account. For how each function works, see the function guides.
