Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: September 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of information handled by LeadOpera LLC in connection with the LeadOpera™ platform and lead marketplace, LeadProof™, TermsProof™, and our related services (the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes the categories of data we handle and our role for each.

1. How to request deletion

Email support@leadopera.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” So we can locate and verify the request, please include:

  • the phone number and/or email address you used when you submitted the lead or form, or signed the agreement;
  • the business, brand, advertiser, or counterparty you interacted with, if known;
  • the approximate date, and how you interacted — a web form, a phone call, an agreement you signed, or, if you came from a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, that platform and the ad or Page name, if known.

We will acknowledge your request and complete verified deletion or suppression within 30 days, and sooner where required by law. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

2. If you came from a Facebook or Instagram lead ad

When a consumer submits a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad, Meta shares the submission with the advertiser that ran the ad. LeadProof acts as a service provider / processor for that advertiser: we produce a tamper-evident certificate of the consent event. You may contact us at the address above to delete the data we hold, and you may also contact the advertiser directly. You can additionally remove LeadProof-connected access from your Facebook account at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

3. What we delete

Consumer or signer contact identifiers within a certified consent or agreement record are stored only as one-way cryptographic commitments (salted KMS-HMAC hashes) — we do not retain the plaintext phone number or email address. On a verified request we delete the record associated with your identifiers and add those identifiers to a suppression list (itself stored only as hashes) so the same data is not re-certified or re-routed through the marketplace. Deletion is coordinated with the controlling business (the integrating business that certified the record, or the buyer that purchased a lead through the marketplace) where we act as its processor.

For account data — information about a business or user that operates the Services — the account owner can request deletion of the account and its associated data by contacting us at the same address.

4. Limited retention

We may retain the minimum information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements — for example, a hashed suppression entry that records that deletion was requested. Any retained information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Contact

Questions about deletion may be directed to support@leadopera.com.
